Shipping charges
Free shipping across India on all orders. No hidden charges.
Delivery time
- Orders are delivered within 3–8 business days of order confirmation
- Kerala deliveries are usually faster; remote pin codes may take longer
Onam season orders
Onam hampers are dispatched in order of booking. To guarantee delivery before Thiruvonam, please pre-book before the cut-off date announced on our website and social media. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered on a best-effort basis.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email. Corporate customers receive consolidated tracking for bulk orders
Incorrect address
Please double-check delivery addresses (especially for gifts). Re-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address may attract additional charges.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.
Our hampers are curated gift products containing perishable food items. For hygiene, safety, and the personalised nature of gifting, orders once placed cannot be returned, exchanged for other products, or refunded.
We therefore request you to review your order details carefully — hamper selection, delivery address, and recipient details — before confirming on WhatsApp or at checkout.
Damaged in transit
Order cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. For corporate/bulk orders, any specific terms will be stated in your quotation.
Non-delivery
If an order is returned to us due to a courier failure (not an address error), we will re-ship it to you free of charge.
